What's requirement for submitting the solution?

Hello, everyone.. I just want to know, what's requirement should be completed to submit solution? I mean, I can submit a solution when I was doing the right answer of problems. Thanks for answer, :)

I think it's only by chance to be chosen to submit a solution, or they're choosing every nth user who solved the problem, I guess. XD

Those who correctly answer a question are randomly selected to submit a solution. Please see the FAQ, under the Solving Problems on Brilliant section.
