the problem of angle between hour hand and minute hand at 5.20 p.m....., the answer is 40degrees not 30deg. hour hand covers 30deg in 60 min. so it is likely to cover 10deg in 20min. minute hand is likely to cover 120deg in 20min an will be pointing at 4. den u can imagine the angle between hour and minute hands the answer is 40 deg the formula is 30(h)-(11m/2), 150-(220/2)=40.
