When will we level up???

I have joined brilliant since long but i am till now not promoted to the next level.Can you tell me how to level up or just give me another diagnostic.And how long will it take to level up?

Can we take the questions to unlock higher levels once we pick a certain level? I didn't know that one could start off on a higher level immediately...
