I often find myself reporting a problem when there is nothing wrong with it. I read the question and answers multiple times, making 100% sure that I am right before I hit the button. However, after I fire the report I immediately notice that I made a mistake and there's nothing wrong with the problem itself, in spite of my initial confidence.
Am I the only one who does this? If not, maybe it would be a good idea to make reports reversible, to save time and energy of people who review them.

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

The system already allows you to delete a report once you have filed it. I don't remember off the top of my head how it looks, but I think you can click something in the bottom right corner of the report and the "delete" option will appear
