I have achieved the milestone of writing 363 solutions in 5 months(December 2015, January 2016, February 2016, March 2016, April 2016) and 12 days of May 2016. Then what is my rate of writing solutions per day?

Lol, Leap Year means there will be 29 days in February. Which would give you total 165 days.
So the answer would be exactly 2.2 ⌣ ¨

Total days in December 2015 = 31.
Total days in January 2016 = 31.
Total days in February 2016 = 29. (Leap year)
Total days in March 2016 = 31.
Total days in April 2016 = 30.
Total days I wrote solutions in May 2016 = 12.
So, the total days I wrote solutions = 3 1 + 3 1 + 2 9 + 3 1 + 3 0 + 1 2 = 1 6 4
So, rate of writing solutions per day = 1 6 4 3 6 3 = 2 . 2 1 3 .
