No offense, but is a staff of this site asking me what this Albert Einstein quote means on this very strong (and now becoming more popular) math-based website... Anyways, the answer can be found here and that You can never solve a problem on the level on which it was created.

It's essentially 100 percent likely that the lone "z" codes for "a". Given that, you can make an initial assumption that the alphabetic code has simply been reversed. From there, either decode "l" and "m" individually, or realize that "l" and "m" are adjacent letters, and the only answer with consecutive letters is "on".
