With regards to your final note, all girls are beautiful but they often don't consider themselves to be beautiful, (through no fault of their own), so a girl can say she is not beautiful and consider that to be true, even though it is in fact false.

In case 1, is it not possible that both answers are lies, so she says she's beautiful but she doesn't think so?

Are you beautiful? If she says yes, and says she's not lying then she does think she's beautiful. If she says she doesn't think she's beautiful but is lying, she thinks she's beautiful.
