Both Cyclo Butane and Butene are correct:

In case of cyclo butane, 2 2 Hydrogen atoms are connected to each Carbon atom.

In case of Butene, 1 1 Hydrogen atom is connected to 1 s t 1^{st} and 2 n d 2^{nd} Carbon atoms, and 2 2 Hydrogen atoms are connected to the 3 r d 3^{rd} Carbon atom, and 3 3 Hydrogen atoms to the last Carbon atom.

But Butene is C 4 H 10 C_4H_{10} !

Enjoy!

Moderator note:

Can you find an equation for the number of isomers for any given chemical formula of a hydrocarbon? Can you think of more isomers of C 4 H 8 \text{C}_4\text{H}_8 ?

Where did you get those amazing 3D models of the molecules, which makes the solution much more pretty?

@Muhammad Arifur Rahman Oh yes! But I was not able to find a formula as the challenge master suggested. Did you work that out???

In response to challenge master: The other isomers I found are, iso-butene(2-methyl, propene) and but-2-ene. Can you explain how can we derive an equation sir?
