The right ans is-Cardiomyopathies disease.These are the diseases of the heart muscle itself...and often called that heart has been enlarged from his normal size.

Just guessed as it is related to heart so the name of the disease would also contain some cardiac term, thus -Cardiomyopathies disease.

just guessing is not right @megh choksi as these all diseases in options are some examples of cardiovasular diseases...and there are total 10 main types disease affecting the structure or function of heart..

Is congenital disease also a example of cardiovascular disease?? I think it refers to diseases which are present from birth

@Ashwin Upadhyay No...what you think is absolutely wrong.It's also an example of cardiovascular diseases,as some diseases are from a child's birth and this one of the example of it. NOTE THAT:- This is not properly occurring by birth but is one of the example of it.

Hmm, the option arterioscelrosis was a nice one. Its not related to heart but related to arteries and blood, it sometimes causes confusion, nice question.
