What we know about Black hole is -

  1. Black hole has a Huge Mass .
  2. The volume of black hole is nearly 0 m 3 0 m^3

Now you know, Density, ρ = m a s s v o l u m e \rho=\frac{mass}{volume} = m a s s 0 =\frac{mass}{0} = =\infty

So, a black hole has -

Giant mass,

Zero volume, and

Infinite Density!

But the question also mentions relativity. Where does that come in the picture?

The picture is not so important in this problem. Its just for Illustrations .

You could've just googled it to find the correct answer.

Not the literal picture, the picture as in the general situation as a whole.

@Jake Lai Exactly!

People sometimes focus on the cover picture which misleads them.

Bro by 'picture' I didn't mean the picture provided with the question. I meant how is relativity used in the answer to this question.

@Nikhil Sachdeva Relatively is just for the concept of BH . And you know how BH bends spacetime, which relates greatly with Einstein's Relatively, don't you!

@Muhammad Arifur Rahman Oh ok. I didn't know that actually. Thanks! :D

no it have some volume but we don't have instruments to see beyond event horizon and everything that have some mass it can be measured if have volume it can be measured and density too so correct answer is NONE ABOVE

When a star(lot bigger than sun) is about to die, it creates a massive explosion with its last remaining fuel and gives rise to something called a supernova . This super nova forms when the center of a star becomes so unstable that it collapes under its own gravity releasing the star into pieces of nothing, and that gives birth to a black hole .

The star collapses itself until it becomes a point , which is almost dimension less. This makes the volume of the black hole almost zero. Which gives rise to a point having infinite density .

The general relativity suggest that at the singularity, the mass is infinite and volume becomes zero. Volume and mass can be related through density. So density is infinite

can i get more clear explanation

Density = Mass/Volume = Mass/0 = Infinity
