How I solved it was that you can see that the bus is on the right side of the road, hence you said it was an American bus, and Americans drive in the right side, so it must be going left. Nice problem.

Since it is a bus in America, it follows lanes just opposite to that of India. Heavy vehicles don't go fast. So in America they have to keep to right(left in case of India). In this picture the bus is in the right side if it is moving in left direction and in the left side if it is moving in the right direction. Since it is in America, as stated above, it should be in right side. Hence the bus moves in left direction.

assume that the bus is well constructed and the driver's seat is in the front of the vehicle, since the driver is on the left and doors on the right , this implies that the left is the front, then here's the answer: the bus should head to the left
