Atomic Number of Oxygen = 8

Atomic Number of Aluminium = 13

Atomic number of Lithium= 3

$\dfrac {21}{3}=7$ , which is the atomic number of Nitrogen.

And what's the question about?? Isn't it about finding quotient of $\frac{21+8}{3}$ which is 9( Atomic number of Fluorine)??

Nope the answer is Nitrogen...Refer to Periodic table

@Harshit Mittal – 29/3 quotient=9 and 9 is the atomic no. of fluorine.......not nitrogen ...but now he hs edited the question by replacing aluminium in place of scandium

Lithium = 3rd element

Aluminium = 13th element

Oxygen = 8th element

Thus, $\displaystyle \frac { 8 + 13 } { 3 } = \frac { 21 } { 3 } = 7$ .

7th element = nitrogen.
