Does She Love Me?

Logic Level 1

My girlfriend always lies on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and she always tells the truth on all other days. Unfortunately however, I don't keep track of the day of the week very well...

Here's what happened:

The day before yesterday she said to me, "I'll say that I love you tomorrow." The next day, instead of telling me she loved me, she said, "Tomorrow, I'll say that I could never love you."

But, today she said that she loves me!

Does she really love me?

Yes No There's no way to tell How do you not know what day of the week it is?!

Lets assume that the present day is Wednesday, straight away we would suppose that she does love you, as on Wednesdays she tells the truth, now lets prove it.

On the first premise, A , she assured the next day she'd say "I love you", which did not happen on the next day, thus making A a lie.

On the second one, B , she assured the next day she'd say "I could never love you," and it did not happen on the next day either. Thus making B a lie .

Weekdays: | S | M | T | W | T | F | S |

The only days in which two lies occur sequentially are Monday and Tuesday, then the third day, "Today" should be a Wednesday, and thus proving her statement today truth, she does love you.

Well........option D seems pretty viable! XD

@Aniruddha Bhattacharjee The day of the week would be my biggest priority if I were him.

@Jerry McKenzie Exactly. I definitely would not want to be him.

@Jess Late, exactly. How can you say she loves him when she does nothing but lie to him three days per week?

I assumed it was Monday. This would mean that she said she would say she loves me on Wednesday, tell me she doesn't love me tomorrow and says she loves me on Thursday. This sastisfies a lie.

However she could of said that she will say that she loves him on the Tuesday then told the truth on the Wednesday by saying that she will never love him and then said she loves him again on the Thursday which is once again a lie. If she was telling 5he truth then she will say that she loves him but will say that she didn't love him the next day. It could of been the lie truth lie or as you said lie lie truth. It needs more information.
