I had to google it.

Is there some logic that can be used to answer without net?

This is what I found: "During the Zhou Dynasty (1045 B.C. – 256 B.C.) the Cantonese peoples suffered from famine for many years. Legend has it that one day five immortals riding five goats with rice ears each of a different color descended from heaven and blessed the area with favorable weather that produced rich harvests. Thus, this city is also known as the "Five-Goat City (Wuyangcheng)" and the "City of Spike (Suicheng)." To express their gratitude to the celestial beings, the locals erected the "Five Immortals Temple."

I will like to know more about it :)

Why was this a Number Theory though?

That still clearly doesn't explain why this was classified as Number Theory.

I did a google image search on the picture.

I researched at google and discovered this answer. It's easy....

China was the only 5 lettered country..

Nope, Chile is five letters. Congo, Zaire, India, Japan, Korea, ...

Chew-Seong Cheong - 6 years, 5 months ago

Simple, you look up city of 5 goats online and write the answer. The way I did it is like Megh Choksi though, G for Goats, G for Guangzhou

I'm glad that I've visited it when I was in Guangzhou, it's in Yuexiu Park which is a beautiful place and must-go tourist attraction for tourists. This was done by Yin Jichang, Kong Fanwei, Chen Benzong in 1959.
