From 1st equation, we get y=14-2x
Substituting it in 3rd equation we get x=2+z
Substituting it in 4th equation we get L=18-2(1+z)
Substituting it in 2nd equation we get z=4
Substituting it in x=2+z we get x = 6
Now x+z = 6+4 = 10
