Charged rubber band!

If +10 C (coloumb) charge is given to this rubber band its size will.

Increase Decrease Remains same

We,can take many such element and each element will feel force in outward direction

So,the size of band will increase

nice solution

Rubber band has random protons and electrons present in it so when we apply 10 coulomb charge more protons will be added in the rubber band and when there will more protons you can see that protons and there are some protons already present in the rubberband so when they come together they will repel each other so, the rubber band will expand that is its size will increase

I know that electrons are responsible for charging a body..but protons can also,, whether it is difficult to practice

how will you add the protons (how will u add it not get it)

We can obtain a proton by stripping an electron from a hydrogen atom because hydrogen consists of one proton and one electron. This is known as ionization.

You said more protons will be be added but u should know that protons are more massive than electrons and hence adding protons will change the mass of the rubber band and in practice is very difficult instead u should have said that electrons are removed as that will also make +10 C of charge and removing electrons is easy. While charging a body mostly electrons move not protons.
