Incirle and inradius!

Level 2

In a triangle ABC, the incircle touches the sides BC, CA and AB at D,E and F respectively. If the radius of the incircle(inradius) is 4 units and BD, CE and AF are consecutive integers, then lengths of the sides of the triangle are

6, 8, 10 5, 12, 13 13, 14, 15 3, 4, 5

Only 3,4,5 and 13,14,15 are consecutive integers,but 3,4,5 is too small,so,the answer is 13,14,15.

How do you know that, BD,CE and AF are consecutive integers, not the sides of the triangle...? I'm just testing you.. I know why you took those 2 options, but you should answer my question above!

If BD+DC(=CE),CE+EA(=AF),AF+FB(=BD) are consecutive integers,then CE,BD,AF are consecutive integers,too.
