⌊ 7 8 2 1 × 7 9 2 1 × 8 0 2 1 × 8 1 2 1 ⌋
Evaluate the above expression without a calculator.
Clarifications : ⌊ ⋅ ⌋ denotes the floor function .

Lol, I thought it as mixed fraction.

Those are mixed fractions.

Those are indeed mixed fractions.
Its not mixed fraction. 89.5 is denoted as 89 1/2.

@Samara Simha Reddy – I don't see where the problem is. Every number in the question is a mixed fraction.

@Shourya Pandey – I agree with shourya. Mixed fractions are the composition of a whole no. with a proper fraction...it is expressed in the form a(whole) +b/c. Improper fraction is created when the (denominator c is multiplied with a and added to b)..whole divided by c...it can be expressed as :- (ac+b)/c....hope this helps.thank you.
@Shourya Pandey – Lol, Its not mixed fraction. If it a mixed fraction the Product will be greater than this one.
Its just decimal number where the product is less.

@Samara Simha Reddy – No, wait. A mixed fraction is a number of the form a c b , where a is an integer and b is a non-negative integer and c is a positive integer. So 7 9 2 1 = 7 9 . 5 , etc.

@Shourya Pandey – Lol, Mixed fraction is something where 9 5 2 1 is written as 2 1 9 1

@Samara Simha Reddy – You are so wrong and still foolishly arguing. When someone tells you something please accept that especially when its Shourya Pandey, IMO 2015 Bronze Medalist.

@Kushagra Sahni – Plz moderate your tone a bit, I understand that it is frustrating to hear someone repeatedly say the wrong thing, and thats why I upvote your comment XD. Silly mistakes happen sometimes because we are humans LOL. Anyways let me explain to him. Thanks :)
@Samara Simha Reddy – 2 1 9 1 is an improper fraction, not a mixed fraction.
@Samara Simha Reddy – 7 9 2 1 , 2 3 1 , 1 0 7 4 ,etc. are mixed fractions.

Hi Samara!
2
1
9
1
,
4
7
9
, etc whose numerator is greater than the denominator are called improper fractions. And those numbers which are represented as a sum of an integer and a proper fraction (whose numerator is lesser than its denominator) are called mixed fractions. For example
9
8
2
1
=
9
8
+
2
1
, so it is a mixed fraction. Similarly,
6
5
4
1
,
7
6
8
1
, etc. are mixed fractions.
@Samara Simha Reddy – Also, may I know what that answer would have been "were these mixed fractions"?
Set a=80, Now factorise as follows:- 79.5×80.5=(a-0.5)(a+0.5)=a^2-(0.5)^2, Similarly, 78.5×81.5=(a-1.5)(a+1.5)= a^2-(1.5)^2, Now multiply both results and neglect the fractional part to get the answer 40944000 ..thank you.
Factories 79.5 and 80.5 into 80-0.5 and ,80+0.5 similarly factories 78.5 and 81.5 into 80-1.5 and 80+1.5 ☺☺☺☺ And multiply all then finally u got ur answer 40944000

7 9 2 1 × 8 0 2 1 = ( 8 0 − 2 1 ) ( 8 0 + 2 1 ) = 8 0 2 − ( 2 1 ) 2 = 6 4 0 0 − 4 1 and 7 8 2 1 × 8 1 2 1 = ( 8 0 − 2 3 ) ( 8 0 + 2 3 ) = 8 0 2 − ( 2 3 ) 2 = 6 4 0 0 − 4 9 . Now we multiply ( 6 4 0 0 − 4 1 ) ( 6 4 0 0 − 4 9 ) = 6 4 0 0 2 − 4 1 0 ⋅ 6 4 0 0 + 4 1 ⋅ 4 9 = 6 4 2 ⋅ 1 0 0 2 − 1 0 ⋅ 1 6 0 0 + 1 6 9 = 4 0 9 6 0 0 0 0 − 1 6 0 0 0 + 1 6 9 = 4 0 9 4 4 0 0 0 + 1 6 9 , and we ignore the fraction because it's less than one anyway.
