How are we supposed to know that is going clockwise or anticlockwise??

What makes you think that it is going anti clockwise.This is just a photo,it could be rotating in any direction.

Looking at the tails of the cyclone, it can be concluded that it is rotating counterclockwise.
I just put two and two together, as it looks much like snow, and the Northern Hemisphere being the colder hemisphere

Fact: Cyclones in northern hemisphere go anti-clockwise and cyclones in southern hemisphere go clockwise.
