Obviously, $2^{\log_2{99}}=99$ by definition. Then, we use Python to find $2^{99}$ , and, since Python is not a calculator, we have not violated the rules, hence, we are done. $\ \blacksquare$

Also I got it on my third try lol.

1st try: hmm this seem wrong

puts 99

2nd try: hmm how is this wrong

puts '2^99'

sees that 'Brilliant answers are integers'
