Let the salaries of A, B and C be 2000, 3000 and 5000 respectively following the ratio 2:3:5. The new salaries are as follows:

2000 × 1.15 : 3000 × 1.10 : 5000 × 1.20 = 2300 : 3300 : 6000 = 23 : 33 : 60 \begin{aligned} 2000 \times 1.15 : 3000 \times 1.10 : 5000 \times 1.20 & = 2300 : 3300 : 6000 = \boxed{23:33:60} \end{aligned}

@Piyush Raj , please don't use all uppercase in your writing. It is equivalent to you are shouting which is rude. It is also unfriendly to read and that is why all books and newspapers are not written in uppercase. Only legal notices are in all uppercase.
