Rotation at it's best

A uniform solid cylinder of radius R = 15 cm rolls over a horizontal plane passing into an inclined pane forming an angle of 30 degrees with the horizontal. Find the maximum value of the velocity which still permits the cylinder to roll onto the inclined plane without a jump. The sliding is assumed to be absent. (answer in m/s)

Is the answer exactly 1? .Also please insert an image as the problem could mean two things , an inclined plane ,like going up the plane or maybe the thing which the question wants to ask.
