Its at the surface ,60 deg, so with the normal 30 degrees answer comes out to be 0.7071
From snell's law we know that: sin r sin i = refractive index = sin 4 5 ∘ sin 6 0 ∘ ≈ 1 . 2 2 5

n = sin60 ÷ sin45
n = (√3/2) ÷ (1/√2)
n = 1.2247... = 1.225 approximately
