40000 = 2 6 × 5 4 , s u m = ( 1 + 2 + 4 + 8 + 16 + 32 + 64 ) ( 1 + 5 + 25 + 125 + 625 ) = 99187 40000=2^6\times5^4,sum=(1+2+4+8+16+32+64)(1+5+25+125+625)=\boxed{99187}
