I sort of read this in my Geography book. Googled it and Wikipedia confirmed it. It is Punjub. At first I thought it was not a math problem but it involves the natural number 5 5 .

I just guessed 5 in hindi means paanch , p u n j a b \boxed{pun}jab

I see. Megh, do you know how to attach a link in a problem or solution. I am trying to set a problem and linking it to your problem about Punjab and your address. There is another place about 5.

The word punjab itself translates into 5 rivers.

It is a combination of two words-

1) 'Punch or panch' meaning 5.

2) And 'ab' meaning river .

This word is rooted from Persian Language. Punj+Aab = 5 + Water (Punjab = Land of 5 Rivers.)
