The first line is not true. x x is not identically equal to 1. It is equal to 1 only if x = 0 .
your answer is correct. tnx for the solution were the same in solution.
there no solution, -1 is not a solution (division by zero)

Note that when you substitute x = − 1 into the equation, the denominator becomes 0. You cannot divide by 0.
The function x x is not equal to 1 always. It is only equal to 1 if x = 0 .
